The Como Lake center for AstroPhysics (CLAP) is a research center affiliated with the Dipartimento di Scienza e Alta Tecnologia (Department of Science and High Technology) at the University of Insubria.
The center aims to promote research in the field of astrophysics, and in particular boost cooperation and interdisciplinary activities between members (e.g. sharing of knowledge, instrumentation or computational resources); increase public visibility (e.g. outreach activities, online presence), and support the training of young researchers (e.g. mentoring, organisation of conferences and schools).
